Delivery & Returns
Please find below information on delivery times, pricing and other information about how we deliver your franking machine supplies to you.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our smaller items and FedEx to deliver our larger items and bulk orders.
Postage & Packing Costs
Our postage & packing costs to mainland UK postal addresses are as follows:

Delivery Times
Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Expected delivery times are as follows:
Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
Next Day Delivery
- Order before 3pm Monday to Thursday for delivery next working day
- Orders placed between 3pm on Thursdays and 3pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Any next-day deliveries that coincide with a Bank Holiday will be made on the next working day.
Delivery times are given as a guide only. It may take slightly longer to deliver to certain parts of the UK, including Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore islands.
Returns
Customer service is a cornerstone of our business. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase you have made from us or if you need help or advice with the products you’ve purchased, we are here to assist you. Simply call us on 01204 303015 or e-mail [email protected]
Damage in transit
If your items are damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Incorrect items
If the incorrect item has been despatched by us, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
A restocking charge of £20.00 will apply if an item has been mis-ordered by you and is accepted for return.
Faulty or defective items
Should any item be found to be defective or faulty, please contact us within 1 month of purchase and we will arrange for your item to be exchanged.
All items returned must be in the original unmarked packaging and in a merchantable condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
